The Seychelles tax system is known as "offshore". The jurisdiction completely exempts from taxes corporations that do not operate in the Seychelles, do not own local real estate and are not engaged in licensed activities. If the original accounting documents are not stored in the Seychelles, the registered agent must send copies and provide the address where the originals are stored.
